Autopact Pty Ltd (ABN 44 608 040 606) and its subsidiaries (‘Autopact Group’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’), is collecting this personal information in order to do business with you, complete your vehicle purchase, provide or facilitate the provision of associated products and services (eg registration, administering your vehicle’s warranty or protection plan, servicing), notify you when your vehicle is due for servicing or if it is affected by a recall, facilitate payment arrangements and respond to your enquiries. If you do not provide the information requested, we may not be able to provide the products or services that you require.

We may also contact you on an ongoing basis by telephone, electronic messages (including email and SMS), fax, post or other methods to send you information about products, services and promotions from Autopact, members of our dealership networks including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) or other commercial partners which we think may be of interest to you. You can opt out of receiving marketing materials at any time by contacting us using the contact details set out below; advising us if you receive a marketing call that you no longer wish to receive these calls or using the unsubscribe facility that we include in our electronic messages (such as emails, SMS and MMS messages).

We may disclose your personal information in the normal course of our business operations to our affiliated entities, dealerships, vehicle manufacturers and distributors, OEMs and other third parties who provide us with (or help us provide) products and services, including IT services providers, payment providers, insurers and professional advisors. Some of the recipients or providers with whom we exchange personal information may be located in various countries overseas.
